Ms. Jasmine is the Founder of Jasmine Ang, Lim & Partners. Her journey in the legal profession began in 2018 with a prominent law firm in the Klang Valley, Malaysia, where she launched her career as a conveyancing and real estate lawyer. During this time, she gained extensive expertise in a wide array of legal services, including sub-sale and developer sales, loan documentations, property transfers and transmissions, leases, tenancies, will and testament, trust deeds, powers of attorney and more. 

Eager to expand her horizons within the legal field, Ms. Jasmine transitioned into corporate law while continuing to manage conveyancing matter. This dual focus allowed her to deepen her expertise in property transactions while simultaneously developing a strong foundation in corporate legal practices. She honed her skills as a conveyancing and corporate lawyer, gaining invaluable exposure to a diverse range of legal disciplines. This experience not only deepened her understanding of the law but also broadened her perspective on client needs and industry challenges. 

Motivated by her dynamic career journey and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Ms. Jasmine founded Jasmine Ang & Associates in 2023. Following the inclusion of a new partner, the firm was renamed Jasmine Ang, Lim & Partners, marking an exciting new chapter of growth and collaboration. 

Since establishing her own firm, Ms. Jasmine has expanded its areas of practice to include immigration law, litigation and intellectual property. This strategic diversification underscores her dedication to delivering comprehensive legal solutions that address the evolving needs of her clients, ensuring the firm remains a trusted partner in navigating complex legal challenges. 

Fluent in English, Malay, Chinese, and Cantonese, Ms. Jasmine ensures seamless communication with a diverse clientele, reinforcing her ability to provide tailored legal solutions. 

Today, Ms. Jasmine leads her firm with a vision to set new benchmarks in the legal profession. Her passion for delivering exceptional legal services remains the cornerstone of her practice, as she continuously strives to empower clients, unlock her full potential and redefine standards of excellence in the industry.

Mr. Haw obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Malaya, where he actively contributed to the Asian Law Students' Association, notably excelling in Moot Competition Organizing Committee duties. He also had the opportunity to participate in student exchange programs, which broadened his perspective on the legal landscape beyond Malaysia. 

He commenced his pupillage at prominent law firm in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on conveyancing, corporate & commercial matters, and will writing. Prior to this, he gained experience in general and employment litigation and interned at a criminal law firm and Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), deepening his understanding of the criminal justice system.
